Flameless Real Paraffin Wax Candle Rental Package *NEW*

This rental listing includes all the candles you'd need for your most magical, candle-lit, unforgettable wedding! You will save 80% $$ renting out these candles, compared to going with real candles with all the items that come in this package!

These candles are:

• made of REAL paraffin wax
• look ABSOLUTELY REAL but they are flameless! (i.e. flame is not real)
• battery operated (batteries of course are included in the rental with a remote controller)
• you can turn on and off all of the candles, at the click of 1 button! You don't need to light up each separate candle! Your wedding planner will thank you <3
• Your venue will LOVE you because they have no risk of ANY flame or fire from these candles, yet these candles will make your venue look STUNNING!
• Can have faux florals around the candles, and any drapery; there is no real flame to catch anything on fire!
• by saving thousands of $$ on these candles, you can create the candle wedding of your DREAMS. You can have the most candle lit wedding reception, without spending all the money on real candles and hurricane glass vases/stands!
• You won't have hundreds of candles to deal with at the end of the night, no worry of trying to sell them!
• some candles have the glass vase around, some don't (intentionally done this way to create a both organic and whimsical look!) Some vases are ribbed and some are clear glass
• some candles look like they are partially melted, some look like they aren't melted yet... this variety makes it look very whimsical and life-like!
• hassle free set-up, styling, and teardown of the candles by our team. We can only deliver and style them, and we take them back at the end of the night.

We have 2 different packages for you to choose from! -->

1) FULL lux candle rental (think lush candle-lit EVERYWHERE); lush tables, lush sweetheart table, lush candle aisle, lush welcome sign candles, seating chart, lush bar candles....

• 1,560 candles!!
• great for a larger guest count 18-22 guest tables (however this is dependent on the size of tables. You can reach out to us before placing your order, to let us know your estimated table # amount, venue name, and sizes of tables!)
• best if you are doing no other florals on the tables or charger plates, no (or very minimal) florals for your sweetheart table (to make the most room for the candles so we can use all of them)
• depending on the size of table, we will typically use up to (65) candles per table (yes, 65!!!)
• we will decorate your sweetheart table, welcome sign, seating chart, bar, welcome table, end caps for rectangular tables, with candles as well!
• indoor use ONLY
• we will be offering acrylic stands to use down your aisle and around your reception space with these candles, to create the most magical look! More info coming soon!
• in both packages, once the candles are set, they are NOT to be moved by anyone other than our team. We will teardown the candles at the end of the night, and this allows our team to easily locate them as we would know where we last put them.
• if you choose any of our candle packages, only our candles can you be used in your wedding. You cannot mix your real candles or your flameless candles with ours. This is to prevent any discrepancies upon teardown, plus, real flames will melt our candles!

2) HALF-lux candle rental (still heavy on the candles, but not as full as the first package and meant for weddings with a smaller guest count)

• 780 candles
• for more intimate weddings with a smaller guest count (less than 70)
• all same requirements as above in package #1!

Note, a security deposit of $500 will be applied to your order within 72 hours of your wedding date. This would stay a pending transaction and would be cancelled the next business days once all candles have been accounted for and returned.

Note, The Delivery/Setup/Teardown fee applies to your whole order, (including the candles).

Note, only our candles can be used at your wedding if you go with any of the 2 packages. We do not allow personal or other vendor's candles to be used at the wedding at any point (whether flameless or real candles) due to logistics and overall design.
