how to rent
Renting our product is simple!
- Choose your reservation date + delivery time, from our calendar and click “add to cart”. Please note, due to the high demand for the arches & aisles, there is a minimum order of $1,100 CAD for all orders, before shipping and tax (for example: include an arch and aisle, and you're all set!)
- Fill out the special instructions box at checkout. When you click on your cart, you will see an empty box. It’s important you fill this out:
- VENUE: NAME and ADDRESS
- and if you have it available: co-ordinator's NAME, NUMBER, and E-MAIL
- All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of 10PM, and delivery within 75 km of our warehouse (N0B 2K0). The delivery cost for orders outside of 75 km is an additional $1.50 for every additional km past 70km. Any pickups past 10PM are subject to a late night pickup fee; these listings can be found here, and you can add them to your cart as well, if they apply.

Checkout! Either choose to pay a 30% deposit, or pay in full. Please review our terms & conditions regarding cancellations/refunds! We will then contact you shortly via e-mail to confirm all of the details. Please note, if your wedding is within 90 days, you must pay in full upfront.
We are located in Acton, Ontario (N0B 2K0) and do not deliver outside the province, nor do we ship overseas.
