how to rent
Renting our product is simple.

1. Choose your Florals. Please note, due to the high demand for our arches & aisles, there is a minimum order of $1,500 CAD for all orders, before tax (for example: include a backdrop and aisle and you’re all set!) |

2. Pick your reservation date + delivery time for each rental, and click "add to cart". Please ensure to check availability for each rental using the calendar (if your date is NOT greyed out, then it is already booked by another couple for that specific date!) |

3. Add these logistics service fees as well (if they apply): 🌸Delivery/Setup/Teardown of 10pm (automatically added to your cart and is required for all orders). 🌸Moving Service Fee (required if you need any florals moved from ceremony to reception, same address only). We will take care of your flowers from set-up to teardown… your florals should be the last thing to worry about! Pssst, this is a mandatory fee if you're wanting to re-purpose any florals from ceremony to reception as only we can do this service, to maintain the vision and quality! 🌸Wedding is more than 75km from postal code: N0B 2K0? If so, add the extra $/km! 🌸Late Night Pick-Up? If you need a pick-up past 10pm, be sure to add this service fee. Otherwise, your standard delivery/setup/teardown includes a 10pm teardown. (Pssst. You can add this fee later on if you don’t know yet!) |

4. Check out! Either choose to split your payment, or pay in full. Please review our terms and conditions page regarding cancellations/refunds and all the details! We will then contact you at various times throughout the year to confirm details, and don’t hesitate to email us with any updates or questions! |

5. Review your order at any time through your Customer Portal. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Open this email and click on "View Your Order" or "View Order" - this takes you to your customer portal where you can access your order and details at any time! Please note, we do not sell our florals nor do we deliver outside of the province of Ontario. We are based out of Rockwood, Ontario.
