Delivery / Set-up / Teardown 10pm (one-time fee, for your WHOLE order)

This service fee is required for all orders, no matter how little or large they are. Every product can only be delivered, set-up, moved and diassembled by us. This fee includes everything associated with loading the arches/pillars/arrangements onto the van, van rental fees, driving to the venue, offloading florals, setting up the florals, doing on-site flower work + adjustment to make sure they are perfect, informing the venue of our role and completion of set-up, arriving at 10pm (or later) to tear down the arch/pillars/arrangements in full.

This fee includes the delivery/set-up of your WHOLE order; it is a one-time delivery fee to have everything delivered and set-up within 75km of our warehouse. 10pm tear down, with later teardown times available for a fee.

This fee does not include moving the arch/pillars/aisle to the reception space (i.e. repurposing), or to another location. The arches, pillars, aisles and centrepieces are NOT to be moved by anyone other than us.

Please note, on average, we require at a minimum, 2 hours to setup your ceremony and reception. If there are time constraints for setup, you must inform us before placing your order, as there may need to be an additional team member hired for your setup/teardown.

Pickups past 10PM will incur a separate fee.  

11pm pick-up = +$100

11:30pm pick-up = +$150

12am pick-up = +$200

12:30am pick-up = +$250

The delivery cost for orders outside of 75 km is typically an additional $3.00 for every additional km past 75km. Any pickup requests for past 10PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found on our "terms and conditions" page, as well as our FAQ page.

We are located in Rockwood, Ontario (N0B 2K0) and do not deliver outside the province, nor do we ship overseas.
