Starting on July 24th, 2024, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer the service to move arrangements from ceremony to reception for most items. Any bookings that have been made before this date, who have purchased this additional moving fee, will of course be honoured. This is because we are setting up for 4+ weddings per day, and can no longer stay behind to move the arrangements.

This listing is only for

  • the arches that CANNOT be moved by anyone else other than us:
    • Arches this applies to: The Chapel Arch, The Winifred Arch
     (if we are unavailable to move these above specific arches, then the arch will only be delivered and set-up at one location and will not be moved).
  • any couple that has booked prior to July 24th, 2024, who will like to ADD on the moving fee of their arrangements (if possible) if they did not do so previously.

Please choose this listing if any of these apply to you:

  • you'd like The Chapel or The Winifred arch moved after initial set-up (same venue address)
  • or if you'd like The Chapel arch CONVERTED into pillars (which are The Chapel Pillars)
  • or you forgot to add the moving service fee if you booked prior to July 24th, 2024

* The Chapel Arch and The Winifred Arch cannot be moved easily/dragged, even if the same room gets converted from ceremony to reception, therefore it needs to be tore down and re-installed, and the regular fee would apply.

Please note, moving the arrangements does not only mean us transporting from Point A to Point B. It means us tearing down the initial instalment, transporting everything safely while guests are mingling during cocktail hour, and most importantly, re-styling and setting everything up again at the new location, to make sure it looks perfect.

Please note, The Chapel Arch and The Winifred Arch requires the arch to be completely disassembled and re-assembled, which only we can do. This process takes approximately 45minutes, depending on how far the reception room is.
