If your ceremony and reception are at the same address, and you have booked any of our pillars or arches and you will be re-purposing/moving them for reception, only we can do this move, and you must purchase the service fee for this re-purposing. This is to preserve the integrity of the rentals, lessen any work or burden on you, and to ensure a smooth and consistent style+design from ceremony to reception. We will stay behind for the ceremony to move the pillars and arch, as well as any aisle flowers.

If your ceremony and reception are in 2 separate addresses, and you'd like the florals moved, please email us to receive a quote to move the items, since the florals CANNOT be moved from one address to another, by anyone, other than us. Please note, having the florals at 2 SEPARATE addresses is considered 2 separate setups.

If your ceremony and reception are at the same address, your coordinator/planner can also move the smaller floor arrangements, but not the pillars/arches.

• or if you'd like The Chapel arch CONVERTED into pillars (which are The Chapel Pillars)

* Not all florals can be moved by us or your wedding planner/coordinator. Please email us before your order, to see if the florals can be moved. Please note, if a vehicle is required to transport the florals, they CANNOT be moved by your planner or anyone else other than us. If elevators are involved, or there are tight corners/hallways, uneven terrain or large hills, this approval is on a case-by-case basis and may affect the moving fee.

P.S. The Chapel Arch and The Winifred Arch cannot be moved easily/dragged, even if the same room gets converted from ceremony to reception, therefore it needs to be tore down and re-installed, and the regular fee would apply. 

Please note, moving the arrangements does not only mean us transporting from Point A to Point B. It means us tearing down the initial instalment, transporting everything safely while guests are mingling during cocktail hour, unloading, and most importantly, re-styling and setting everything up again at the new location, to make sure it looks perfect.

Please note, The Chapel Arch and The Winifred Arch requires the arch to be completely disassembled and re-assembled, which only we can do. This process takes approximately 45minutes, depending on how far the reception room is.
