LATE Teardowns

This additional service fee is for teardowns past 10pm. The standard delivery/set-up/teardown fee, has a 10pm teardown included, but add-ons are available for later teardowns as follows:

11pm pick-up = +$100

12am pick-up = +$200

1am pick-up = +$300

What teardown time should I include?

This depends on your wedding timeline. We have had weddings where we teardown the florals as soon as dancing starts, as this is typically when tables have been cleared by venue staff already. Some couples prefer it happens at the bar's last call, or even when the event has completely ended. If you have the venue until a certain hour, we recommend starting teardown no later than 1.5 hours BEFORE your venue rental end-time. We can take up to 2 hours to teardown, depending on what was ordered. We always teardown in the most discreet way possible and always start with items that are smaller or less in people's spaces/way - however do keep in mind, if you have ordered an arch or large aisle markers, we may have to go through the dance floor/doorways for a brief period to tear them down. Please check with your venue that a specific teardown is acceptable, as some venues (such as Casa Loma) will not allow vendor teardown until 1am. Please note, if we do arrive at a specific teardown and the venue will not allow us to teardown until a later time, your credit card on file would be charged for the additional fee to have a late teardown. There are additional fees for a later teardown past 10pm, since a new team is required to arrive for the night.
